This project sought to elaborate wines from a stricter oenological exactitude. We experimented with well defined grape plots that allowed to ‘’make an oenological register’’ for grapes and places, with the intention of splitting each one of them to further our knowledge and understanding. The relationship between the soil types and the influence with the grape varieties. Within this project Grenache, Carginans, Zinfandels and Petit Syrah were produced on soils with different conditions such as texture, structure and exposure. The areas where they have been worked are Porvenir, Valle de Guadalupe and San Vicente.
